How it works

Where the prices come from

Each night a program reads the public product listings of the nurseries below: their product feeds, sitemaps and the structured product data on their pages. It follows each site's robots.txt, waits between requests, and skips any nursery whose terms of use forbid automated collection. We do not log in, add to carts or buy anything.

How sizes are compared

Nurseries describe size by height, trunk caliper (thickness) or pot size. We read the seller's own size text (shown in every row as "Seller says") and convert heights to feet. Price per foot uses the middle of the height range. If a seller does not state a size, the table says "not stated" rather than guessing.

Disclosure

We may earn a commission when you buy through some links on this site, at no extra cost to you. Links that can earn us money are marked "affiliate". We do not sell trees. Prices, sizes and stock are copied from each nursery's own site on the date shown and may have changed; the nursery's page is final.

Commission never changes the order of a table: rows are sorted by stock, then price.
